N O U R I S H E D Holistic | skin + body is by appointment only.
I encourage you to arrive 10 MINUTES prior to your starting appointment time to use the restroom,
grab some tea or water and get yourself in a relaxed state.
All treatments are based on time requested, this includes consultation and the findings and
recommendations immediately after the treatment.

To secure your appointment, a credit card is required at the time of booking.
All personal + financial information is kept strictly confidential.
I accept CASH, CHECK or VENMO, and Credit Cards if needed
Gratuities may be charged to a credit card or accepted in cash, although I cannot provide change.
C A N C E L L A T I O N P O L I C Y
I require a 24-hour cancellation policy, which is strictly enforced.
Any service canceled within 24-hours or any 'No Show' for your starting appointment time, will result in a 50% charge of service to the credit card on file.

LATENESS IS STRESSFUL FOR EVERYONE.
Late arrivals for facials will be appropriately adjusted within remaining appointment time.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
Please allow for 1-7 days for your order to be processed. I make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please understand, I am a one-woman show and that if you have purchased one of the hand-crafted skincare products, I make small batches and may need to make a fresh batch for you.
LOCAL PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. Just check In-Store Pickup at checkout. In-Store pickup is available Monday – Sunday, by appointment only, after the order can be processed. An email will be sent when your order is available for pickup. To schedule your pick-up time and location, please call, text, or email the shop.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Downloads will be available through your email, immediately after your purchase.
Goods are to be processed and shipped within 1-7 business days of purchase. Posted delivery standard is 2-7 business day. Average shipping and delivery wait times are within 7 business days of your order.

NH’s ship-to area includes only the United States.

Currently NH offers only flat rate shipping.

R E T U R N P O L I C Y
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURNS PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at Angie@nourishedholistic.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, NH will process your return. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. NH will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Refunds for coaching, online services and offers, will not be provided under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to withdraw or change website features at any time and by any means without prior notice. This may result or be resultant from a mistake, malware, technical issue, glitches, fraudulence, illegal involvement, tampering, or any other reason that interferes with or prohibits the appropriate conduct of this website, company, or campaigns. However, Angie Uhle will not be held liable for these issues or any and all damages they may cause. We reserve the rights to change the pricing structure on any product we choose, at any time and without prior warning.
You acknowledge that all the emails, phone number, credit card and other information you provide us belongs to you and you are not using any fake information.
Due to availability, we have the right to change our containers as needed and without notice.

I attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing my products on the Site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, I do not warrant that the product descriptions, or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
4. Product Changes At any time, changes to ingredients may happen due to availability or re-formulation. Notice of these changes will be posted on this site. Please note #3 above.
